1、 To be responsible for developing the process flow of the product.
2、 To be responsible for the preparation, implementation and updating of process documentation and for the training of production operators on newly issued manufacturing process documentation.
3、 To write the quotation requirements of new equipment, track the design and manufacturing process of new equipment at the supplier, and be responsible for the tracking and debugging of new equipment after entering the factory, and the trial production verification of equipment until the formal mass production of equipment.
4、 To be responsible for solving technical and quality problems in the production process of the products under his responsibility.
5、 To be responsible for the maintenance and improvement of jigs and fixtures on the production line, statistics and procurement applications for spare parts on new production lines.

1、Bachelor degree or above in mechanical, material, vehicle or other related majors.
2、5+ years of relevant experience in the structural design of electrical products, with relaxed restrictions for particularly outstanding candidates.
3、Knowledge of design methods and machining processes for metal and plastic parts.
4、To be proficient in the use of design software for 2D and 3D drawing design work; UG and CATIA skilled users preferred.
5、Ability to read technical materials in English and have the ability to collect and analyse information.
6、Good execution and self-drive.

1、 To be independent in the design of spur gearboxes, planetary gearboxes, worm gears, helical gears and other transmission devices, ptimize the structural design of gearbox bodies.
2、 To be able to take charge of transmission design independently, experience in mass production of small modulus gearboxes is preferred.
3、 To be proficient in gear design software and 3D modelling of gears.
4、 To be familiar with gear material selection, processing and heat treatment processes, be familiar with various failure modes of gears, effective design and control of gearbox life, noise, vibration and efficiency.
5、 Knowledge of the requirements for the design of dimensional chains for gearing systems and proficiency in the calculation and analysis of dimensional chains.
6、 To master the design requirements for gear & shaft fittings to meet non-interference and design rationality.

1、 Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical design, vehicles, mechatronics and other related majors.
2、 5+ years experience in gear transmission product development and design, to be familiar with plastic, hardware, powder, etc.
3、 Experience in automotive gear motor development and design preferred.
4、 To be familiar with product design process and tools, be proficient in CATIA design software.
5、 Ability to read technical materials in English and have the ability to collect and analyse information.
6、 Good execution and self-drive.

1、To be Mainly responsible for supplier quality management of mechanical parts, also need to have some knowledge of electronic parts.
2、To be implement and track regular maintenance VDA 6.3 audits of suppliers and support new supplier introduction audits.
3、To work with procurement and engineering to complete the development phase of new parts and report progress to the project team.
4、Preliminary quality development of suppliers and comprehensive assessment (MCA) of supplier quality systems to meet or approach INGIN quality expectations; for suppliers approaching INGIN quality expectations, to monitor of their subsequent improvement plans to meet INGIN quality expectations.
5、To supervise the quality of existing suppliers, support the analysis of production sites and quality issues, and coordinate with the horizontal departments of the company (engineering, production, etc.) in a timely manner to solve, track and validate them in order to avoid the recurrence of similar problems and to ensure the physical quality of subsequent parts.
6、To work closely with project managers on development and engineering changes to projects, supervise suppliers to meet timelines and make sure projects are completed within the required time frame.
7、To help suppliers to continuously improve quality, reduce quality costs and improve quality performance to ensure that the company can consistently obtain products that meet quality requirements over time.
8、To counsell suppliers so that they are fully aware of INGIN's guidelines, policies and requirements.
9、Evaluation and management of suppliers' mould designs.
10、To complete other jobs which are arranged by the supervisor.

1、 College degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical related disciplines.
2、 3+ years of quality related work experience in the automotive industry, familiar with mechanical parts related processes, such as: injection molding, stamping, welding and plating, etc.
3、 To understand the inspection specifications and standards of electronic factories and the related processes of electronic parts, such as: SMT.
4、 To be familiar with knowledge of quality management theory, VDA6.3 and IATF16949 quality certification systems or quality management standards, quality management methods,and in using QC seven practices and 8D quality tools.
5、 Internal audit qualified, good organization, coordination, planning, judgment and communication skills, strong initiative good communication and problem solving skills.
6、 Good data analysis and co-ordination skills.
7、 To be proficient in office software such as OFFICE.
